NordicTrack Treadmill

NordicTrack was founded in Minnesota, which has a high average temperature of 55 degrees Fahrenheit. It’s a place you would want to train in, and it is also the home of one of the most important manufacturers of indoor fitness equipment. In the 1980s, NordicTrack added treadmills and ellipticals to its product line, making it the leading international brand in fitness. ICON Health and Fitness currently own it and other top-of-the-line at-home fitness brands like ProForm, iFit, and FreeMotion.

NordicTrack’s 2019 treadmill line includes both traditional and incline-trainer treadmills. You can still purchase their treadmill desks on Amazon or online. We’ll also talk you through them. All models, except the treadmill desks, have touch screens. The app allows users to download unlimited workout programs, including interactive workouts with Google Maps, personalized training advice, and automatic logging of their fitness stats.

The 2020 NordicTrack product range offers three machines: the entry-level T Series, higher-spec Commercial Series, and the Commercial Incline Treadmill Series. These machines are great for a variety of exercise styles and fitness goals.

You’ll get many additional features by upgrading to the Commercial Series instead of the T Series.

  • You will have plenty of space to run comfortably on these extra-wide tracks.
  • Superior joint protection and comfort with advanced cushioning systems
  • Durable and sturdy construction ensures that you are always comfortable.
  • Smooth, quiet operation
  • If you are looking for a more natural way to train, steeper inclines can offer more fantastic sculpting and simulate hill running outdoors.

No matter which line you choose, these features are available:

  • You can fold your treadmill to save space.
  • Motors with a continuous-duty horsepower range from 2.6 to 4.25 on a T 6.5 Si model to 4.25 for a Commercial 2950. Although the T 6.5 Si treadmill is ideal for walking and running, it’s unsuitable for serious running. You can run on any model from their range.
  • T Series treadmills are the top-of-the-line. They have a power incline of zero to 12%. This allows you to increase the intensity of your workouts whenever you want. A Commercial Series treadmill will give you a more excellent range of settings, including a decline and power incline setting that can be adjusted from -3 to 15%.
  • The NordicTrack range has a wide selection of apps that will satisfy your needs. Many built-in apps are available for the treadmills, including iFit. This allows users to access a wide range of workout programs and personal coaching to kickstart or recharge their exercise routine.
  • To give your joints more excellent impact protection, all treadmills have responsive cushioning.
  • NordicTrack is updating these models with HD touch screens. At the moment, the smallest available screen is currently 10 inches. This can be seen on the T6.5 Si. The 22-inch screen on the Commercial 2950 is the highest specification.
  • NordicTrack offers a warranty of up to 10 years for the frame, two-year parts, and 1 Year of labor, depending on the machine.

NordicTrack is gradually phasing out the C Series. This line includes the C700, C700, and C990 models. These models can still be purchased at significant discounts on Amazon, however. These treadmills are not as advanced as NordicTrack’s most recent models, but they still have the excellent build quality and run iFit programs.

Your calorie burn will increase dramatically when you train on an incline. For those who can’t or won’t run, a severe incline is an excellent way to burn fat and maximize weight loss. This is exactly why the NordicTrack Inline Trainers became so popular. These incline trainers can be described as a mix between a stepper or a treadmill. They offer the benefits of both depending on how you set them up during your workout.

NordicTrack Incline Trainers can also be used on steep inclines (a drop of up to -6%).

  • Continuous-duty horsepower ratings from 3.75 to 4.25
  • Interactive Training Sessions with iFit Coach and up to 50 pre-programmed Workouts
  • Google Maps iFit workouts allow you to map your cardio routes on actual streets and other terrains worldwide.
  • Wireless heart rate monitoring with an iFit Bluetooth chest band (included).
  • You can get warranty protection for up to 10 years on the frame, 2 or 3 years on parts, and 1 year on labor, depending on what machine you have.
  • Each console has high-quality touch screens that are HD and can be viewed at 10 inches on X11i or 32 inches on X32i.

Are you looking for an active way to work? Then, the nordNordicTrack Treadmill Series is available if your workplace allows it. The NordicTrack Desk Treadmill Series gives you everything you need to be able to walk while you work. In addition, this series features a solid work surface that can accommodate all your computer’s needs, as well as a belt that’s been extra cushioned and tested for durability to withstand the daily grind of 9-5.

These machines can provide stats about your workout. This feature is built into the desktop. It can be connected to iFit on your smartphone so that you can monitor your progress and keep track of the data. Every day, you’ll receive a new personal trainer workout and workouts in Google Maps to keep your mind entertained. NordicTrack treadmill desks will make your workday more exciting. You can charge your devices with the built-in USB charging port on the desktop surface.

There are two options available: the Treadmill desk and the Treadmill desk platinum. Platinum models have a longer track and a higher top speed (8 mph instead 6 mph) and the only model to feature an incline of 10%.

NordicTrack Desk Treadmills can be easily folded, which allows you to reduce floor space significantly. You can also reach the desk even when it’s folded, so your work is not out of reach.

You’ll also get the following benefits:

  • Same iFit integration with conventional NordicTrack treadmills
  • DurX Motor is quiet and self-cooling, so your workout will not disturb your coworkers.
  • For long walks, a highly cushioned deck is a great way to reduce joint strain.

What we like:

  • Motors: NordicTrack treadmills have more robust motors than other models in their price range. All models updated for 2020 commercial-grade feature motors with at least 3.0 continuous duty horsepower (CHP). For example, the entry-level model of the Commercial Series has 3.75 CHP.
  • NordicTrack consoles: Console offer many additional features to encourage you to exercise. The latest updates to their treadmill consoles include high-definition touch screens up 32 inches wide, Bluetooth sound systems, and iFit readiness. They also feature water bottle holders and self-adjusting fans.
  • Coaching: NordicTrack offers to coach, although it is optional. You can use their products using iFit. This virtual gym membership that you can access from the comfort of your office or home allows you to use NordicTrack’s products. Access to world-class training, as well as a community for optimizing your workouts and nutrition advice that is tailored to your needs, can all be yours.
  • Inclinations: Many reasons incline training is so popular. It increases metabolism, tones your legs, strengthens your heart, and many other benefits. NordicTrack’s innovative Incline Trainers are leading the charge. They also include automated ramps for treadmills in all of their series. Even the NordicTrack Platinum Desk Treadmill can be inclined 10%.
  • Tracks: The Commercial Series treadmills feature extra-wide ways that measure 22 inches in width and 60 inches in length. They are made of high-quality materials to ensure quiet operation and minimal maintenance. These treadmills and the T Series treadmills have off/on cushioning that allows you to simulate outdoor training and exercise while providing superior joint protection.
  • Warranties: The warranty for this brand’s treadmill includes up to 10 years coverage on the frame, 2-year parts, and 1 Year labor, depending on the machine.

What we don’t like!

Assembly: Most customers don’t find the assembly process to be easy. Professional set-up can be worth the extra expense.
